Week 3: Unlock Customer Insights from Sales Calls

Introduction

In this experiment, I explored how AI can be leveraged to extract valuable insights from sales calls, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.

The Experiment
The goal was to use AI tools to analyze sales calls and uncover patterns that could lead to improved customer interactions and increased sales.

The Process and Outcome
I started by selecting the right AI tools for the job. After some research, I decided to use a combination of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to process and analyze the call data.
